Kèr Kēàssi̊ (/cəs/ /si̘/ [evening] [great (excellent)]) is a subtropical Town located in the Nijhobbub Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Kēàssi̊ is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Kēàssi̊ was founded by Fyëme Vaughan, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Kēàssi̊ has a yearly average temperature of 31°C (87°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 35°C (95°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 28°C (82°F). Kèr Kēàssi̊ receives an average of 144 cm/y (56 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Kèr Kēàssi̊ covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3480 m (11417 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Kēàssi̊ was founded durring the early 13th century in summer of the year 1236, by Fyëme Vaughan. The establishment of Kèr Kēàssi̊ was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Fyëme Vaughan struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Kēàssi̊ as a prison colony.
Kèr Kēàssi̊ was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kēàssi̊ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Kèr Kēàssi̊ is buildings are arranged arround a single narrow packed earth mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Kèr Kēàssi̊ weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Kèr Kēàssi̊ has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Kèr Kēàssi̊ ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Likely due to this, Kèr Kēàssi̊ is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to have homes. One cannot help but wonder what Kèr Kēàssi̊ was like during the glorydays.

Cultural Notes
Kèr Kēàssi̊'s mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
